the user would submit along with their login password a data crypt password as well. Then their data would be ciphered with that. Over ssl you would store password for data in session with a salt checksum as well.

This an example lets say with a user login site.
The user would submit along with their login password and name. Then their data would be ciphered with the password client side. Username is hashed clientside sha512.
Hwn entering your username and password the data is pulled from file if it matches the name hash. If password is correct the data is decrypted.
